It was peaceful, almost empty in fact during their busiest week.
There was no oppurtunity to have a meal there because the restaurant was closed. Service was polite but due to shortage of people it was hard to get attention. The price is far to high given the lack of service.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent hotel. Easy walk into the centre of the town where you can find many good restaurants and shops. Mainly Spanish speaking town, plenty to see and do without being too touristy.
Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Lovely room, there was a wedding at the hotel venue whilst i was there but no noise in the rooms, the double glazing worked perfectly. Staff speak good English and are very helpful, ordering taxis etc for my group. Clean and elegant hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Only negative that was shared by the whole of my group - no tea and coffee faciliies in the room, which was a suprise for a 5* hotel.

large cool comforable room. Elegant decor. Tranquil location in a busy city centre. Room overlooks private gardens.Very close to city centre easy 10 minute walk .Easy paking in a difficult city to park.
Sauna and jacuzzi not working.. Quite long walk from reception to room , ok if you have a small amout of luggage. Only CNN on tv no BBCworld.

Everything was perfect - wonderful hotel and wonderful location. Our only criticism was that neither the restaurant nor the bar were not available on the two nights we were there. We found it difficult to find a suitable restaurant for dinner, we assume it was early in the season and most restaurants were not open.
Apart from comments above, everything else about hotel was absolutely first class.

Luxury hotel beautyfully situated around a marvelous garden in the outskirts of Jerez. Spacious, clean rooms and a welcoming staff. At the pool-bar we had to wait for 20 minutes before a waiter turned up, resulting in that the ordered wine was on the house.
No, this is a marvelous hotel.

It was very central, the room was spacious and the staff very helpful.
Only one waiter in dining room for breakfast !! no one to carry luggage to room, no bathrobes, no free water etc.etc. Definitely not worthy of five stars. But a very good three star.

The price was unbelievable, and the room excellent.
Surprised that the restaurant was closed except for breakfast and you had to phone to reception to have someone serve you at the pool bar on occasions. Maybe this was because we were coming towards the end of the season but not what you expect from a hotel with 5 stars.

Extremely large, modern room with spacious bathroom. Located in quiet park next to Royal Horse School and Sandeman sherry producer. A bit far from downtown. Would definitely return next time we visit Jerez.
Pool area ok, but not 5 star.

We had a lovely stay, everyone was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a brilliant location for visiting the city centre on foot. With the added bonus of the swimming pool, it was a little oasis of calm in a bustling city.
We liked the calmness of it, and the gardens
